Yes, and you’ll love our trainer team, Gabriel and Emily! They are both certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine with further education in Corrective Exercise and mat Pilates certifications. You can have the option to work with them as a team to give you more availability and a well-rounded approach in each of their perspective strengths or solely with one of them.  Because we keep our classes very small, booking a class takes a spot that might not be available to another guest when the classes fill. For this reason, we ask that all cancellations are made 4 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations are charged a $15 fee, and a no call/no show is charged a $25 fee. Early morning classes (prior to 8 a.m.) must be cancelled by 9 p.m. the evening before.

We always suggest proactively reserving your spot. If spots are available at class time you can join the class in person. You must show up on time even if you have a reservation – spots not taken within 5 minutes of class starting will be given to standby clients and fees for late cancels and no shows are enforced.

For barre & mat Pilates, please wear socks.  For Strength, HIIT+Core, Zumba, Burlesque, Kickboxing, and most other classes please wear clean sneakers. Please wear shoes that you only wear in the gym, no street shoes.

We provide all equipment, including mats, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Be sure to bring water and a face towel!

No problem! Our classes are open to beginners and workout fanatics alike and are intimate in size: usually about 5-10 students. With every class, you’ll receive personalized attention & a workout tailored towards your abilities and goals. If you have any injuries or are pregnant, please let our instructors know and they will work closely with you to ensure that you experience a safe yet challenging session.
